By creating a folio account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use folio.

2. The service
folio provides tools to create, publish, and share product management portfolios. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.
3. Your account
- You must be 16 or older to create an account
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure
- Your username becomes part of your public URL — choose carefully
- One account per person
4. Your content
You own everything you write in folio. By publishing content, you grant us a limited licence to host and display it.
You are responsible for ensuring your content: - Does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights - Does not contain illegal material - Does not violate anyone's privacy or defame anyone - Does not impersonate another person
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: - Use folio to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts - Scrape the service in a way that burdens our infrastructure - Resell or sublicence access to folio - Register usernames that impersonate real people or brands in bad faith
6. Paid features
Where we offer paid plans: - Payments are processed by [payment provider] - Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled - Refund policy: [your policy]
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or £100 / $100, whichever is greater.

We'll update the "Last updated" date for material changes and notify active users by email where required by law.
11. Governing law
